This PATH is designed to assist you in excelling at the fundamentals of football such as tackling, blocking, catching, running and footwork. It will also help you to increase your stamina, strength and capacity for teamwork as well as keeping you prepared and alert while playing.

In addition to this, it can also help you to foster an attitude of confidence that will be of great assistance while practicing and competing.

This PATH can assist your mind and body's ability to:

  • Shorten muscle recovery time
  • Shorten injury recovery time

This PATH has 2 different versions: One for those above 18 and one for those who are less than 18. No alterations will be needed unless the child is less than 6 years of age.

This PATH is ideal for kids and teens involved in the sport, as it will help foster the physical and mental qualities needed to excel.
